Welcome to Heart of Compassion Partnerships

Heart of Compassion Partnerships
is a faith based organization seeking to transform lives one neighborhood at a time through the power of social convergence. By working through private and public partnerships and the populations they serve, HOCP identifies the needs in underserved areas, and then brings to bear the resources and gifting of its partner organizations to address those needs.

It is the desire of Heart of Compassion Partnerships to bring Hope and compassion for a hurting humanity; Effective unity within faith-based compassion ministries and like-minded businesses; Accountable relationships; Reconciliation of people to God and to each other and Transformation of the Hampton Roads community.

Thus, it is my sincere desire to connect with you as someone whose mission and vision fits that of the Heart of Compassion Partnerships model. If you will give us the honor, we would like to meet with you to explore ways we can impact our community.

Together we can make a difference!

John E. Dooley, President
